How come I can't access the various sections of the website when I click on them?

Access to all of the content and functionality of the site is only granted once you have subscribed to our services using the "create an account" feature.


Will my monthly payment automatically be taken via PayPal on a monthly basis?

Yes, your subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly basis. You can check your next automatic renewal date on your profile page


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by cancelling your monthly recurring payment through PayPal. We have provided a link on your profile page which will take directly to your recurring payments page in PayPal


What if I cancel my subscription before my automatic renewal date?

If you cancel your subscription before your renewal date you will still retain access to all of our services until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be retired


Can I pay yearly?

No, we only offer the monthly payment option


My subscription has expired but I want to re-subscribe. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible but you must create a new account using a different email address and username


Is it possible to see results of practice tests that I have previously completed?

Yes, all of your results are stored on your profile page. For each test attempt you can see a detailed breakdown of your score by clicking on the "show" icon in the results table


I have forgotten my account password, is it possible to retrieve it?

Yes, clicking on the "Forgot password?" link in the log in screen and entering your email address will prompt us to send you log in details via email


What do I need to do to stop receiving emails from Prep For Pre-Reg?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us regarding pharmacy news, website developments etc please let us know by contacting us via the 'contact us' page (found in the website footer section) or by emailing us at contact@prepforprereg.co.uk. Please allow one month for us to remove you from our mailing lists. Please note that we will continue to send emails about changes to out terms of service or privacy policy


I am expecting an email from Prep For Pre-Reg but still cannot see it in my inbox. Where is it?

Although we make every attempt to ensure that all of our emails reach the inbox of the intended recipient, there may be rare instances where our emails are filtered into your junk file by the respective email service providers. Please check your junk folders before contacting us regarding missing email communications.
