1. Definition of Terms
‘Conditions’, ‘Terms’- Refers to the standard terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods and services set out in these terms and conditions below.
‘Company’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ – means the party 'Prep For Pre-Reg' providing the goods or services under these terms and conditions.
‘Buyer’, ‘subscriber’, ‘your’ – means ‘You’ the party contracting with The Company to acquire the goods and services supplied under these terms and conditions.
‘Services’ – means intangible service(s) offered by The Company and specified in the order.
‘Order’ – means the order for the sale and supply of services entered into between The Company and The Buyer.

3. The Buyer
By entering into a contract with us by the purchase of goods or services you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
4. The Contract
The process involves:
You initially place the order for the specified goods or service.
We reserve the right and all orders are subject to acceptance by us. You will therefore receive an acceptance confirmation by way of email stating that the specified goods or services are now accessible (the confirmation email)
The contract between The Company and Buyer will only be formed upon receipt of the confirmation email by you
The services stipulated in the confirmation email will be the only services included in the order or contract between The Company and the Buyer
5. Monthly subscription
Your monthly subscription to Prep For Pre-Reg will commence once we have confirmed your order and sent you a confirmation email. This will indicate the start of a month-long billing period. At the end of this billing period you will automatically be billed for a further monthly term. This recurring process will be ongoing until such point as you cancel your recurring payment. Steps involved in the termination of your subscription are outlined below.
6. Cancellation policy
Both the Buyer and the Company have the right to terminate any Services agreement at any point in the billing cycle, which may involve the ending services that are currently underway.
To cancel a subscription to Prep For Pre-Reg you must complete the following steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account. A link is provided on the subscribers 'Profile' page
2. Click 'Settings' Icon
3. Click 'Pre-approved payments'
4. Click 'Cancel' on 'Prep For Pre-Reg Ltd'
5. Click 'Cancel Profile' to confirm cancellation
Please be aware that cancellation of subscription with us is solely the responsibility of the recipient and we, in no way, can be held responsible for any inadvertent, erroneous or unnecessary payments that occur as a result of the recurring billing process. Upon cancellation of your recurring payment to us, you will retain access to our Services in their entirety until the start of your next billing period, at which point you will lose access to subscriber-level content. For the clarification of doubt, if you cancel your recurring payment to us, you will continue to be able to access the 'Revision', 'Test yourself', 'News & CPD', and 'Subscriber Forum' pages, and the content contained within, until the start of your next billing period, the date of which can be found on your 'Profile' page.
We will not refund the costs associated with our subscription service. Access to and/or use of our website is deemed to be an acceptance of the goods and/or services. No refunds shall be given where a Service is deemed to have already commenced and is, for all extents and purposes, underway unless the agreement is terminated by us, in which case you will be entitled to a refund amount equal to the proportion of unused goods/services in the current billing period, unless termination of contract occurs as a result of inappropriate behaviours as detailed in section 12 of these Terms.
An internet connection is required to access and use our products. Without an internet connection you will not be able to use our services and, furthermore, no refunds will be given in the event that a poor/absent internet connection on the part of the subscriber prevents access to, or in any way impairs, our Services.
Subscription pricing is subject to change. New pricing will take effect upon renewal of your monthly subscription. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before changes come into effect. Your monthly subscription will continue at the new price unless you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
9. Access to Goods
The services offered on our website are exclusively for users within England. The content provided is only appropriate for the English audience and should not be accessed or used by those outside of this locality. Subscribers are expressly forbidden to redistribute any part of this site or its content unless written consent has been obtained from us. Furthermore, sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. Services may only be accessed by respective buyers and those individuals who have not paid for our Services are not authorised to access and/or use them. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your contract if sharing of our goods or services with unauthorised persons is suspected and refunds, either partial or full, will not be offered.
We do not warrant that our service will be completely uninterrupted or free of errors although we make every attempt to provide a reliable, regular, and accurate service. By accessing our services you thereby indemnify Prep For Pre-Reg Ltd, its employees and affiliates against any losses or damages that occur in relation to the services that we offer.
10. Accuracy of information
Whilst we make every attempt to ensure that all information provided on our website is relevant, accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on such information is strictly at your own risk. In the event that our goods contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions, we exclude all liability for losses incurred or implications involved in the use of our Services
11. Limitations and exclusions
We exclude all liability for damages that occur out of, or in connection with, your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage to your computer, data, software or programs, and any other direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We do not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These limitations and exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by Law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
12. Posting of content and forum management
Our forums are powered by phpBB which is a bulletin board solution released under the "GNU General Public License v2" and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions; phpBB Limited is not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. The Prep for Pre-Reg team will closely monitor interactive website functions, including the content of subscriber forums to identify inappropriate conduct. By entering into this contract with us you agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws of England. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, you subscription will be terminated without refunds offered and your Internet Service Provider may be notified if we deem it appropriate. You agree that we have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. Acceptance of these terms also confirms that you agree to the storage of any information that you may provide on a database.
13. Third Party Links
No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless it is stated to be such and signed by both Parties. If you are in breach of the conditions outlined in this agreement and we take no action, we remain entitled to use our rights in any other situations where conditions have been breached.
Moreover, if any of these terms are deemed invalid for any reason then the invalid provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. Failure of us to enforce any of the provisions set out in this agreement shall not be considered as waiver of these provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions, or our ability to enforce all provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We will not accept any notices that are not provided to us in writing. Notices should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The notice will be deemed as served after 24 hours of sending, excluding weekends and public holidays.
17. Transfer of rights and obligations
The contract between the Company and Buyer is solely between the two parties only and cannot be assigned, transferred, shared or sold with any other third party. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement and seek action against you for any losses or damages incurred by the Company.
All contracts for the purchase of goods or services are governed by English Law
19. Our liability
We warrant that the Services provided by us are of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose of which such a service of this nature would commonly be used for. Our liability for any losses which occur as a result of us breaking the agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product purchased. We are not liable for any losses incurred by products or services ordered from a third party through, advertised on, or referred to in our website content
